Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field from an accredited college/university; master’s degree preferred.
• LBSW or LMSW licensure required.
• Two years of experience in child welfare, foster care, or related mental health field.
• Experience engaging families and professionals for program recruitment.
• Experience completing home assessments, licensing reviews, and compliance monitoring.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage assigned treatment foster homes and parents as primary contact across recruitment, licensing, placement, support, renewal, and closure.
• Conduct comprehensive home studies and licensing assessments, including interviews and background checks.
• Maintain licensing records and ensure audit readiness with timely documentation.
• Perform quarterly monitoring and home visits to assess safety and caregiver functioning.
• Develop foster-parent recruitment strategies based on placement needs and capacity.
• Coordinate community outreach and information sessions with partner organizations.
