Job summary

Siemens is establishing a new manufacturing site in Pendergrass, Georgia, and seeks a Training and Engagement Manager to build the Training & Qualification function from the ground up for an hourly manufacturing workforce. The role reports to the Plant Manager and collaborates with site leadership, Operations, EHS, P&O, and technical experts.

You will create strategy, curriculum, processes, and trainer organization to support workforce readiness, employee engagement, communications, and culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; leadership experience in high-growth manufacturing or education environment preferred.
• Experience leading a training function or education program with curriculum development.
• Understanding of adult learning, instructional design, and training evaluation.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the site's Training & Qualification function from the ground up.
• Design scalable onboarding and technical training for hourly employees.
• Develop practical curriculum and delivery standards for operations.
• Integrate safety content into onboarding with EHS collaboration.
• Define trainer staffing model and hire/lead trainers as demand grows.
• Measure training effectiveness and improve workforce readiness and performance.
• Support employee engagement programs and culture initiatives.
• Lead projects from concept through implementation.
