The University of Minnesota is seeking a Security Training and Fleet Logistics Manager for University Security within DPS. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for all uniformed personnel and oversee the vehicle fleet to ensure compliance, accountability, and mission readiness.
The role reports to the Assistant Director of University Security. Responsibilities include developing curricula, maintaining training records, scheduling training, and coordinating fleet procurement
The Security Training and Fleet Logistics Manager serves asUniversity Security’s primary authority for employee training,professional development, and fleet readiness. This positionoversees the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programsfor all uniformed personnel while managing University Security’soperational vehicle fleet to ensure compliance, accountability, andmission readiness. The position reports to the Assistant Directorof University Security within the University of MinnesotaDepartment of Public Safety (DPS).
