ANSER is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support NAWCAD/WOLF/IC2IS with full lifecycle PM from initiation to delivery. The role interfaces with Government Project Leads and clients to coordinate processes, support IPT activities, and produce reporting for management.

The position requires onsite work within commutable distance, an active DoD Secret clearance, and a combination of degree and experience as described in the qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 3+ years of related experience or an Associate's degree with 4+ years of related experience, or 6+ years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience supporting project management activities across lifecycle stages.
  • Ability to interface with Government Project Leads, Government clients, and project teams.
  • Ability to support project processes from requirements through delivery.
  • Ability to coordinate IPT activities and project status meetings.
  • Ability to produce detailed project reports for teams and management.
  • Ability to tailor project management tools to reporting needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to rebalance project requirements over the life cycle.

Position Summary

ANSER is seeking a Project Management Analyst to support the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Webster Outlying Field (WOLF), Integrated Command, Control and Intel Systems (IC2&IS) Division provides full spectrum Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) technical and systems engineering solutions to the warfighter. The IC2&IS Division, operating under the oLSI model, has requirements for integrated product development support, technical project management support, and operational support to successfully fulfill the IC2&IS Divisions mission of providing support services at both the diverse project levels and the overall Division organization level. In this role you will providefull life cycle project management from initiation through delivery, interfacing with Government Project Leads and clients to coordinate project processes, supporting traditional and agile project team activities, and producing reporting used by the team and management.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Perform full life cycle project management activities, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects.
  • Interface with Government Project Leads (GPLs) and Government clients to coordinate and complete project processes from requirements through delivery.
  • Support Integrated Project Team (IPT) activities and project coordination requirements.
  • Coordinate project status meetings and support communication among project stakeholders.
  • Produce detailed project reports for use by project teams and management.
  • Tailor standard project management tools to best support specific project reporting requirements.
  • Perform continuous examination of assigned projects and apply complex problem-solving to address project requirements and challenges.
  • Rebalance requirements throughout the duration of assigned projects.
  • Support project requirements from initial definition through delivery.
  • Coordinate project activities and information among Government stakeholders and project team members.
  • Monitor project activities to support effective execution and completion of project requirements.

This position requires onsite work. Only candidates who live within a commutable distance (50 miles) of work location will be considered.

Required Qualifications
  • Active DoD Secret security clearance.
  • Bachelors degree in any discipline plus 3 or more years of experience; OR an Associates degree plus 4 additional years of experience related to the positions duties; OR 6 additional years of experience related to the positions duties in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience or demonstrated ability to support project management activities, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling projects.
  • Ability to interface effectively with Government Project Leads (GPLs), Government clients, and project team members.
  • Ability to support project processes from requirements through delivery.
  • Ability to support Integrated Project Team (IPT) activities and coordinate project status meetings.
  • Ability to develop detailed project reports for project teams and management.
  • Ability to tailor project management tools to support specific reporting requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to continuously examine project requirements and activities.
  • Ability to manage and rebalance project requirements throughout the project life cycle.

Full-Time Salary Range for this position:

$81,000 — $117,000 USD
