Hitachi Energy USA Inc. is seeking a Training & Development Leader to shape capability across the factory by designing, deploying, and managing training systems that drive engagement and performance.

You will partner with factory leadership, Operations, HRBPs, and support teams to ensure training aligns with standards, while applying adult learning methods and lean principles to deliver measurable results in workforce readiness and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience designing, administering, and delivering training programs.
  • Hands-on experience with lean management systems.
  • Experience in fast-paced, matrixed manufacturing environments.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Excellent communication across diverse audiences.

Working closely with factory leadership, Operations, HRBPs, and support teams, this role ensures training solutions are aligned with company standards and best practices while responding to real business needs. You will act as a catalyst for continuous improvement—using adult learning methodologies, coaching techniques, and lean principles to create impactful learning experiences.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Design, lead, and continuously improve training and development programs that build skills, performance, and engagement.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines .

Your back‑ground

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Minimum 4 years of experience designing, administering, and delivering training programs.

  • Hands‑on experience with lean management systems.

  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, evolving, matrixed manufacturing environment.

  • Strong project management capability, including stakeholder engagement and milestone delivery.

  • Effective communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
