Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA INC. is seeking a Production Supervisor - High Voltage Direct Current to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Alamo, Tennessee.

You will inspire and develop a team of production technicians and operators while driving safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement performance. In this role, you will coordinate workflow, staffing, and resources to meet changing production demands, promote a strong safety culture, and collaborate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with root cause analysis, performance metrics, and operational reporting.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies; Kaizen leadership is a plus.
