Job summary

The Shadowfax Corporation seeks a dedicated Training Coordinator to design, implement, and manage staff training programs across the organization. You will coordinate with internal and external trainers, maintain instructor certifications such as First Aid/CPR, and ensure training compliance with established Shadowfax policies.

You will oversee learning plans, training content, file management, and due dates using the LMS, while executing committee recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate in human services or education required; 1 year training experience minimum.
• High School diploma or GED with 2 years training experience accepted.
• First Aid/CPR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop staff training per Shadowfax Policies and Procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external trainers when applicable.
• Obtain and maintain instructor certifications (First Aid/CPR, MANDT, etc.).
• Conduct trainings for staff and/or external agencies as needed.
• Manage training plans, content, files and due dates via LMS or hard copies.
• Execute recommendations of committees and related actions.
• Basic computer skills required; driving eligibility criteria must be met.

Full-time position, 40 hrs./wk., Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm, with unpaid half-hour lunch break.$21.05/hourManage and develop training for all staff members per Shadowfax Policies and Procedures; coordinate with internal and external trainers when applicableObtain and maintain instructor certifications for First Aid/CPR, MANDT, and others as determined by the training needs, and conduct these trainings for staff and/or external agencies as neededManage staff roles, training plans, training content, files and due dates via the learning management system and/or hardcopiesExecute and carry out all recommendations and decisions of committeesExperience in ID/A field is preferredExperience using a learning management system is preferredCertification in First Aid/CPR is preferredRequiredBachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in a human services or education field and at least 1 year of experience in a training roleORHigh School diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in a training roleCertification in First Aid/CPR is preferredMust possess a valid driver's license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteriaBasic computer skills
