Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly desired.
• 4+ years in training development/delivery for a large org.
• 2+ years delivering DoW training.
• Experience with CBT tools (Adobe Captivate).
• Experience with LMS (Blackboard).
• Ability to write scripts, storyboard, edit media content.
• Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of instructor materials, job aids, templates, and reference materials.
• Maintain a digital training site for approved courses.
• Conduct QA on provided data.
• Convert training materials to multimedia formats using video and other tech.
• Assist in master schedule development for courses.
• Resolve issues affecting training presentations.
• Support software/systems training and data/archive tasks.
• Mentor junior training analysts.
