As a Training and Adoption Manager, you will plan, resource, and execute world‑class technical training instruction, enabled by a deep understanding of our products and each customer’s unique demands. You will serve as subject matter expert on Anduril’s growing product offerings, including, but not limited to, Counter Intrusion and Counter Unmanned Systems. You will also help drive adoption of our products by understanding user workflows and surfacing pain points. Multi‑functional work and proactive communication across internal teams will help you drive the end‑to‑end customer experience. US Salary Range
$98,000—$148,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full‑time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
