As a Training Manager, you will plan, resource, and execute world‑class technical training instruction, enabled by a deep understanding of our products and each customer’s unique demands. You will serve as subject matter expert on Anduril’s growing product offerings, help drive adoption of our products, and support customers by surfacing pain points. Your work will involve proactive communication across internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. You will be expected to develop and own material and projects that will have a significant impact on the programs you support.
$98,000 - $146,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
