Tg Missouri Corporation in San Antonio, Texas is seeking a full-time mentor to support onboarding new hires and deliver training. The role involves monitoring training completions and fostering a positive team dynamic.
Candidates should have two or more years of experience in manufacturing, knowledge of manufacturing concepts, and basic computer skills. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred. The position may require shift work and travel as needed.

Two+ years of experience working in manufacturing environment
Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
Basic Computer Skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Learning Management System)
Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division is necessary. The ability to express numbers as a decimal, convert numbers into percentages and from percentages to whole numbers, ability to express numbers as a fraction and perform basic math operations using positive and negative numbers and as ratios or averages.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

This is a full-time position, working either day or night shift. Occasional shift of normal hours to support various shifts may be required as job duties demand. Travel may be required.
