AISIN World Corp. of America seeks a manufacturing supervisor to manage day-to-day operations of the manufacturing section and to lead Off Line Team Leaders and hourly staff in a fast-paced automotive environment.
The role emphasizes coaching, problem solving, process improvement, and strict adherence to safety, quality, and company procedures. Automotive experience is preferred; strong leadership and communication skills are required.

5 years of prior applicable experience in manufacturing.
Automotive experience desired.
All other ALM Departments and various outside vendors and customers.
Some dust, noise, oils, greases, grinding debris, compressed air, metal shavings, propane, solvents and occassional heavy lifting. Exposed to hazardous machinery and/or conditions that could result in injury up to and including a fatality if safety measures are not followed and adhered to. Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils. The performance of this position normally requires exposure to a typical manufacturing areas where under certain conditions that require the use of personal protective equipment such as Safety Glasses with Side Shields and/or Safety Shoes.
Temperature of work area may be affected by outside temperatures and machining. Industrial lighting provided.
