Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Operations Trainer in Dallas, TX to support new and experienced operators and collaborate with Training Supervisors and Project Managers. Role involves classroom facilitation, coaching, and updating training materials.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in the AV industry, strong communication, and reliable time management in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of experience as a fully trained Mission Readiness team member.
• 1-3 years of experience in the autonomous vehicle industry or related operational environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to train, coach, and explain technical concepts.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks, MVR check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide training support through classroom facilitation, demonstrations, coaching, and feedback on standardized operating procedures.

Our client, a leader in the autonomous vehicle industry, is seeking a Mission Readiness Service Trainer to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Service Trainer, you will be part of the Mission Readiness Service team supporting new and experienced operators, Training Supervisors, Project Managers, and functional managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Autonomous Vehicle Operations Trainer

Location: Dallas, TX

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (1st Shift)

Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM (2nd Shift)

Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM (3rd Shift)

Pay Range: $33/hr.

What’s the Job?
