Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Readiness and Response Operator 1 for our autonomous vehicle client in Dallas, TX. This role blends hands-on vehicle prep, safety inspections, and logistics to ensure developmental test fleets meet engineering standards before testing.

The RR1 will execute mission-prep procedures, coordinate movement across sites as a precision driver, maintain cleanliness, fuel and charging needs, and support vehicle recovery events.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in fast-paced operational environments (aviation ground ops, automotive service, logistics, or technical field ops).
• Ability to pass background, MVR, and drug screening; comply with the Substance Abuse Policy.
• Strong safety discipline and PPE adherence.

• Execute mission-prep procedures for developmental vehicles, including software launches, configuration verification, and safety inspections.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment movement across sites; serve as a precision driver during tests.
• Maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness, detailing, fueling, and charging to meet engineering requirements.
• Provide logistical assistance during vehicle recovery events, transporting equipment and personnel to restore operations.
• Manage inventory of consumables (fluids, cleaning supplies, minor hardware) to ensure zero downtime.

As an RR1, you will play a critical role in preparing and maintaining the developmental test fleet.
