Job summary

Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey is seeking a Trainer I to deliver service training across enterprise sites and remote vendor locations, helping learners meet productivity and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare operations environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• ASTD certification preferred.
• Healthcare industry knowledge preferred.
• Claims processing experience preferred.
