The ideal candidate will be responsible for drafting job aids; collaborating with supervisors and team leads to preparing for and developing training; conducting one-on-one and/or small group training on document management and processing; and collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to update and validate training. You will focus on departmental customer relationships with supervisors and help identify new employee training needs.
