Overview

Lead Business Analyst role at VeriPark. We enable financial institutions to become digital leaders. We are a professional team of global scale delivering exciting projects and celebrating contributions.

What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions, identify gaps between existing product and client requirements, and suggest solutions
• Analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specifications
• Assist project managers and development teams during the project life cycle, including reviewing and executing test cases, training business users, and leading UAT
• Work on project lifecycle and methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
• Act as a consultant to provide business value analysis during discovery
• Collaborate with System Analyst and Technical Lead to review meeting minutes, requirements documents, and RTM until client sign-off
• Mentor and prepare future leaders using knowledge, skills and experience
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize time effectively

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Analysis in the Insurance domain (Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus)
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or Computer Science
• Experience with policy administration systems, agent management systems, or related insurance applications including web portals
• Strong understanding of policy servicing, insurance claims, billing and collections, accounting, and reinsurance
• Ability to convert concepts into visual diagrams and processes using tools such as MS Visio, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, positive mindset, and a can-do attitude
• Strong English proficiency (written and spoken)
• CRM and MS Dynamics experience
