Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Trainer and Customer Enablement Specialist to lead a team of trainers and deliver diverse programs to law enforcement mission clients, in person or virtually. You will design, conduct, and tailor training plans to boost individual and organizational performance, and you may travel up to one week per month to CONUS locations.

• Ability to develop, establish, document, and conduct IT knowledge enhancement training for all users.
• Ability to develop content for creating training plans, computer-based training and training materials.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.

The Opportunity:

Lead a team of trainers to develop and deliver a variety of training programs to live audiences for law enforcement mission clients. Provide stand-up classroom instruction or virtual instruction based on needs. Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. Analyze training needs and provide tailored training plans and content for large law enforcement clients.

You Have:

• 4+ years of experience in a professional work environment

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
