The Opportunity:

Do you want to develop training that will transform intelligence analysis? As an Analytic Facilitator, you know that even the best tools and processes can’t have an impact without the right education. Constructing an interactive course that teaches critical information and tradecraft requires a real passion for understanding the needs of your customer. We have an opportunity for an Analytic Facilitator who is committed to solving some of the toughest challenges in national security by crafting effective training.

On our team, you’ll work with SMEs to capture your customer’s training needs and advise them on the right learning solution to help them accomplish their mission. Putting the learner at the center of the training experience, you’llprepare training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards.

You’ll use your technical skills, creativity, and experience to come up with new ideas to develop an engaging, interactive learning experience on-screen or in a classroom. You’ll recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning, to build a successful learning environment. You know communication is key, so you’ll meet with SMEs throughout the process to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback, review emerging policy and doctrine publications,provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into training products. You’ll provide lesson plans, presentations, and curricula in support of educationalgoals, and maintain materiel within the assigned educational system such as Agile and TrainingDevelopment Capability (TDC).You’ll be able to hone your leadership skills as you share your expertise through leadership and mentoring. As a leader, you’ll identify new opportunities to build solutions to your customer’s learning needs. This is a chance to use your deep understanding of training methodologies to shape a creative learning experience that will engage students.

You Have:
  • Experience working withbuilding and executing curriculum in different formats such as Blackboard and video
  • Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts
  • Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
  • Bachelor’s degree and3+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities, or 7+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Knowledge oftransportation and logistics systems, including railroads, roads or highways, bridges, storage facilities, ports, and airfields
Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
