  • Experience providing administrative or operational support in a professional, government, defense, or intelligence-community environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to develop or maintain training schedules, training records, or course documentation.
  • Ability to write clear, precise communications in a professional or government context.
  • Ability to travel CONUS up to 15% of the time.
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
  • HS diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily administrative and operational support to the client training lead.
  • Help shape the annual training schedule and coordinate course logistics.
  • Prepare training materials and aids, and assist with student and end-of-course evaluations.
  • Produce clear, precise written communications to support decision-makers.
  • Support three major operational exercises each year for hands-on training exposure.
  • Maintain and track training assets, prepare shipping manifests, and assist with inventory reporting.

In this role, you’ll support a high‑performing technical training program, working side‑by‑side with government personnel to keep a complex, mission‑critical training enterprise running at peak performance.

As an Intelligence Training Support Spe cia list, you’ll provide daily administrative and operational support to the client training lead. You’ll help shape the annual training schedule, coordinate course logistics, prepare training materials and aids, and assist with student and end‑of‑course evaluations. You’ll also produce clear, precise written communications that support decision‑makers giving you opportunities to sharpen your professional writing and stakeholder‑e nga gement skills early in your career. You’ll also support three major operational exercises each year, giving you hands‑on exposure to mission‑ready training events not typical of most junior roles.

On the operational side, you’ll help maintain and track training assets, prepare shipping manifests, support client‑required inventory reporting, and ensure equipment is ready for classroom use. You’ll join a collaborative support team, gaining mentorship from experience d personnel and the space to develop new competencies as you grow.

You Have:

2+ years of experience in intelligence community support, training coordination, or administrative support

Experience providing administrative or operational support in a professional, government, defense, or intelligence-community environment

Ability to manage competingpriorities in a dynamic environment
