Job summary

iSi Environmental is seeking a Trainer to conduct internal and external safety trainings and develop material updates. The role supports client needs with OSHA-based programs and related courses.

The position offers part-time hours with potential full-time discussion, with travel up to 25% for on-site trainings and compliance sessions. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 3 years in safety or 5 years in safety
• Knowledge of OSHA and KDHE regulations.
• Strong organization, problem-solving and customer service.

Position Responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external training on a variety of safety topics including HAZWOPER 24-hr and 40-hr and 8-hrrefreshers, 10 and 30 hour OSHA training for General Industry and Construction, etc.
• Develop and update training materials as needed
• Operate motor vehicles safely and in accordance with applicable regulations
• Provide additional support as needed

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in related field AND 3 years experience in safety field; OR 5 years experience in the safety field
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and laws and KDHE regulations
• Excellent organization, problem-solving and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
