We are currently seeking a Trainer to join our Education Department. This is a remote position, with occasional travel required to client locations for onsite training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging training sessions both virtually and onsite to clients and internal employees.
• Become fluent in all Millennium Systems International products, policies, and processes.
• Create and maintain training materials, including training guides, PowerPoints, workbooks, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and senior trainers to organize and refine curriculum for internal onboarding and client education.
• Capture high-quality screenshots for use in education and marketing materials.
• Manage and maintain Education training environments within Meevo.
• Provide support for educational events as needed.
• Travel to client locations for on-site training when required. In accordance with company policy, out-of-pocket travel expenses may be incurred, but they will be reimbursed and reflected in your next paycheck.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• 1–3 years of training, teaching, or facilitation experience, preferably with adult learners.
• Strong presentation and organizational skills.
• Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning theory is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications is a plus but not required.
• Experience with CRM software, Millennium/Meevo software, or similar systems is a bonus.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $40,000 to $55,000. In addition to base pay, the total compensation package may also include performance bonuses, benefits, and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
