Job summary

Planet Fitness Maple Grove seeks a PE@PF program facilitator to guide new members toward achievable fitness goals by designing a simple workout plan and teaching proper use of equipment.

You will run the PE@PF program, promote class sign-ups, assist at the front desk, give tours, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club environment for members and guests.

Responsibilities

• Assist front desk activities: answer phones, check-in members, sign-ups, tours.
• Respond to inquiries promptly and escalate when needed.
• Help maintain club cleanliness and appearance.

Salary Range: $14.25 - $14.25 Base+Commission/month

Job Summary

Responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.


• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.


• Creating creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.


• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.


• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.


• Assist in front desk related activities including:
  
  
  
  • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
  
  
  • Check members into the system.
  
  
  • New member sign-up.
  
  
  • Take potential members on tours.
  
  
  • Changing/updating member account information
  
  
  
  


• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Team Lead, MIT or Club Manager as needed.


• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.


• Assist in cleanliness and appearance of club.

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift


• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift


• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time.
