Planet Fitness Brainerd is seeking staff to run the PE@PF program and help members achieve fitness goals by designing simple workouts and guiding equipment use. You will engage new and existing members, promote class sign-ups, and help maintain a welcoming club environment.

The role includes front desk duties, member sign-ups, tours, and ensuring a clean, friendly facility. Training provided; certification preferred. This is a PT/FT opportunity with a strong team atmosphere.

• Assist front desk: answer phones, check-in members, sign-ups, tours.

Job Summary

Responsible for running the Planet Fitness group fitness program (PE@PF). This includes assisting new members in the achievement of their fitness goals by designing a simple workout program and instructing them on the proper use of equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct and run the Planet Fitness PE@PF program, including creating and following the schedule.
• Consult with members regarding their fitness goals and instruct them on how to use the equipment properly and safely.
• Creating creative and unique ways to promote PE@PF class sign-ups.
• Create bi-weekly updates consisting of a variety of exercises.
• Meet class requirements based on club size and member traffic.
• Assist in front desk related activities including:
• Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
• Check members into the system.
• New member sign-up.
• Take potential members on tours.
• Changing/updating member account information
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Team Lead, MIT or Club Manager as needed.
• Help maintain the neatness/cleanliness of the club.
• Assist in cleanliness and appearance of club.
