Job summary

Paylocity in Huntington Park, CA seeks a Trainer for the Specialized Day Program Department to work 1 on 1 with individuals who need supervision in the community and group settings.

Responsibilities include daily pickup/drop-off, supervising and assisting clients, and following a structured curriculum based on each person’s needs. We value dignity, respect, and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience with developmentally disabled population preferred.
• DSP 1 and DSP 2 certifications strongly preferred.
• Pass background screening and drug test.
• Must pass TB test.
• Ability to speak basic English; Spanish skills a plus.

We are currently seeking Trainers to join our Specialized Day Program Department. As a Trainer, you will work 1 on 1 with individuals who need constant supervision out in the community and/or in group settings. Responsibilities include picking up and dropping off individuals from their home daily, supervising and assisting client closely throughout the day, following a formal schedule and curriculum based on the individual's needs.

Must be able to speak basic English/Debe hablar ingles basico

• Must have a valid CA driver's license, acceptable driving record and 5 years of driving experience

• Must pass drug screening
