Job summary

• Plan, schedule and implement training duties for operator and support jobs on each shift.
• Provide Department Section Leaders with timely updates on trainee performance and/or safety concerns.
• Assist in the records retention of Training Department documentation.
• Conduct additional/special training classes (day and occasional evenings) to enhance OSHA compliance.
• Assist with safety documentation, including training logs and BBS administration.
• Assist with general HR functions as directed by the Human Resources/Safety Manager.
• Ability to function with a PC and utilize Microsoft Windows/Office software.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Maintain confidentiality with regard to all HR functions.
• Ability to communicate/interact with associates and management personnel.
• Ability to perform job duties in a safe manner.

• Assist in the records retention of Training Department documentation.


• Conduct additional/special training classes (day and occasional evenings) in order to enhance awareness of and compliance with OSHA regulations, procedures and/or company policies.


• Assist with safety documentation, including, but not limited to, safety training, training logs and Behavioral Based Safety (BBS) administration.


• Assist with general HR functions as directed by the Human Resources/Safety Manager.


• Ability to function with a personal computer and utilize Microsoft Windows/Office software.
