Job summary

Aaa-Landscape in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an organized Administrative Safety Clerk to support the Director of Safety and staff by coordinating training, tracking compliance, and preparing internal reports. You will schedule safety training, maintain calendars, track attendees, and assist with OSHA logs and regulatory records while safeguarding confidential information.

Excellent communication and attention to detail are essential; bilingual Spanish is a plus and a valid driver's license is

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule internal and external safety compliance training.
  • Identify training needs with supervisors and the Director of Safety.
  • Schedule required regulatory training courses.
  • Assign and track safety training.
  • Prepare training rosters, materials, and classroom logistics.
  • Monitor training attendance and maintain certification records.
  • Prepare and distribute training reports.
  • Maintain the Safety Training Calendar and departmental schedules.
  • Track safety meeting attendance.
  • Complete required OSHA and state safety reports.
  • Assist with OSHA logs, audits, and regulatory compliance records.
  • Document and track incidents, accidents, inspections, and traffic violations.
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and fillable PDF forms.
  • Order and maintain department supplies.
  • Support Director of Safety, operations and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Overview

Job Purpose: Provide high-level administrative and clerical support to the Director of Safety and company employees by coordinating and tracking safety-related compliance training, and by preparing, maintaining and distributing internal reports as necessary.

Education & Work Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel
  • 2+ years’ experience in a business atmosphere; OR,
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
