UtiliQuest, LLC is hiring a Trainee Locator Special Projects to learn safety rules and techniques for finding underground utility lines. You will work with experienced locators, use specialized tools, and record findings to help ensure safe and efficient construction projects.

The role offers entry-level training, a 40-hour work week with field duties, and a pathway to develop essential skills in utility locating.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• Valid State driver’s license with acceptable MVR record.

Responsibilities

• Learn utility locating techniques, safety protocols and how to operate equipment.
• Develop understanding of local utility infrastructure and regulations.
• Partner with experienced Locators to mark underground utility lines.
• Operate utility locating equipment and perform work in all weather conditions.

Education

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
