Role Overview:
As a Trainee Sales Manager, you’ll kickstart your career in sales and leadership, learning how to effectively manage teams and execute campaigns. You'll be involved in both direct sales and charity-driven initiatives, where you will contribute to increasing brand visibility and promoting social causes. Throughout the training, you’ll learn valuable management skills, gain hands-on experience, and work alongside a supportive team that values growth and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Lead by example in client interactions, ensuring that each customer receives the highest level of service and attention. Help customers discover solutions by promoting products and showcasing the company’s commitment to charitable causes through brand partnerships.
- Sales & Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling sales presentations, detailing product features while integrating how our charity partnerships contribute to broader community initiatives.
- Leadership & Team Management: As you progress through your training, you'll take on more responsibility, supporting your team by overseeing daily activities, setting clear targets, and providing mentorship and motivation to drive performance. You'll learn to evaluate team members' strengths and weaknesses, ensuring that they meet both personal and collective sales goals.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Collaborate with senior managers to develop and execute sales campaigns that highlight both product benefits and charity-driven initiatives. You will be actively involved in event planning and the promotion of initiatives that align with our mission to raise awareness for charitable causes.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee the coordination of events, ensuring smooth execution, from managing schedules to supervising team members during high-traffic events. You will learn to ensure that all logistics are handled seamlessly, resulting in positive customer experiences and successful brand awareness campaigns.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on sales figures, team performance, and the success of promotional events. You will contribute insights on ways to enhance processes and improve future campaigns.
