Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment with shared phone coverage.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Source, engage, and cold-call prospective candidates using recruitment tech.
• Support inbound calls from HCPs, SBPs, and clients with timely assistance.
• Navigate onboarding workflow and learn Amergis requirements and processes.
