Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking candidates for its Recruiter Trainee Program to develop sourcing, screening, selecting and placing skills. Trainees are non-exempt and paid $21.26 per hour during the initial training period (about 13 weeks).

After successful completion, you become Recruiter 1 as an exempt employee earning $52,500 with uncapped commission potential. The role combines recruiting with operations, reporting and meetings in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to attract top talent while using technology to build networks.
• Action oriented with strong results, often exceeding KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse daily workload across Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings.
• Collaborate in a fast paced, team oriented environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations.
• Prioritize premium roles and maintain high-value candidate pipelines.
• Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold call prospective candidates.
• Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), School Based Professionals (SBPs), and clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance.
• Review onboarding workflow while developing familiarity with Amergis requirements and processes.
