WRS in Tampa is seeking a dynamic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Renewable Energy team. You will support senior consultants, learn the recruitment process, and help connect clients with top talent.

Responsibilities

• Learning to conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and present shortlisted candidates to clients.
• Gaining insights into client relationship management by understanding their recruitment needs and tailoring candidate recommendations accordingly.
• Developing expertise in using recruitment software and databases to track candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable advice to candidates and clients.

Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will work as part of a dynamic and multinational team within WRS.

In this role you will be:
