Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one year of related work experience or equivalent combination.
• Willingness to obtain an appraiser license and complete required training hours.
• Ability to work under supervision and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Identify, classify, and describe real property for ad valorem taxation.
• Inspect properties to determine market value for tax purposes.
• Update and maintain valuation records in computer systems.
