Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to graduation from a four-year college or university in one of the behavioral sciences, public or business administration or a job‑related field.
• Specialized experience may substitute for the required education on a year‑for‑year basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SWANA Center Coordinator to deliver integrated support services and programming for student success and engagement.
• Serve as a mentor and advisor to students and collaborate with interns and student staff.
• Support staff in designing and delivering programs for graduate and undergraduate students.
• Promote student excellence through events, materials, and campus-wide committees.
