Job summary

PAM Transport, founded in Tontitown, Arkansas, is seeking a Trainee/Mentor Coordinator to support onboarding and training within the Training Department. You will help recruit and supervise the Mentor Fleet, coordinate with Driver Managers, and ensure smooth driver transitions while building cross-functional relationships.

• Coordinating with Driver Managers to facilitate upgrades.
• Researching and resolving issues as they arise.
