PAM Transport in Tontitown, Arkansas, is seeking a Carrier Coordinator to onboard new strategic partner carriers and monitor our carrier base. This on-site role runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a pay range of $18-$24 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new strategic partner carriers and monitor existing carrier base.
• Assist the setup of carriers and complete all required steps.
• Perform clerical functions including file maintenance, processing documents, and data reporting.
• Maintain qualified carrier compliance with PAM Transport requirements.
• Communicate with Brokers/Account managers to expedite hiring and ensure all contract and insurance requirements are complete.
• Under supervision, make recommendations to accept or reject carrier applications based on insurance and standards.
