PAM Transport, based in Tontitown, Arkansas, is hiring for a coordinator role to support our driver hiring process. The position focuses on thorough verification of past employment, background checks, and effective communication with new drivers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, eager to learn, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Bilingual Spanish is a plus in our diverse workforce, with a Monday–Friday schedule and standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills for cross-team collaboration and candidate updates.

Responsibilities

• Verifying past employment to ensure accurate representation by candidates.
• Request and review motor vehicle records and criminal reports to ensure hiring fit.
• Communicate with new drivers and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain and update multiple Excel spreadsheets for accurate hiring progress tracking.
