Job summary

Stfrancis is launching a structured 6-month rotational training program across its East Territory branches in Wilmington, Fayetteville, and Southern Pines, NC. The program exposes participants to Operations, Sales, Purchasing, Marketing, and Leadership development, with potential extensions for top performers.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree (or an Associate in plumbing trade as a substitute), have strong communication skills, and are willing to relocate and learn across departments.

• An Associate's degree in plumbing trade may substitute for the Bachelor's degree (plumbing only).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Support Marketing & Business Development efforts including customer engagement, promotions, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Develop Leadership & Professional skills focusing on communication, teamwork, company culture, and career growth.
• Potentially extend the program by 1-4 months for deeper specialization.
