Enstrom Candies is seeking an Assistant Truffle Machine Operator Trainee to support the molding line from prep to packing. This entry-level role focuses on learning equipment, food safety, and lean production with a clear path to becoming a qualified Molding Line Operator.

You will rotate through positions, follow standard work, and assist with maintenance and quality checks to ensure consistent output and safety on the chocolate line.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort operating production equipment.
• Willingness to learn chocolate handling and tempering basics.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with accuracy.
• Strong attention to food safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support chocolate molding line tasks from prep to packing as directed by the Line Lead.
• Follow standard work and procedures to keep line output consistent.
• Communicate any pace or quality issues to the Line Lead promptly.
• Rotate through line positions to build cross-training and flexibility.
• Assist with equipment checks, changeovers, and cleaning per procedures.
• Document quality checks and maintain production records.
