Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing is seeking Trained Medication Aide (TMA) in the Dassel, MN area to support residents at assisted living and memory care facilities. This role requires a CNA certificate and a 48-hour TMA diploma, with pay between $28 and $32 per hour plus shift differential.

Weekly pay and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff are offered. All shifts are available; weekends and short-notice shifts are a priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CNA certificate and current MN CNA Registry status.
• TMA certificate/diploma from a 48-hour program is required.
• Minimum of 1 year nursing home or assisted living experience.
• Able to pass criminal background checks.
• Able to communicate in English in verbal and written form.
• Ability to complete charting in electronic medical records systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care as a CNA and pass medications as a TMA.
• Chart and document care in the EMR system accurately.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and monitor wellbeing.
• Support coverage for all shifts, including weekends and short-notice requests.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED


• 18 years of age or older


• CNA certificate and current status on the MN CNA Registry


• TMA (Trained Medication Aide) certificate/ diploma fro 48 hour program


• Minimum of 1 yearof Nursing Home or Assisted Livingexperience.


• Flexibility to work as a CNA and provide direct care as well as TMA passing medications.


• Ability to pass criminal background checks.


• Ability to communicate in English in both verbal and written form.


• Able to complete charting in electronic medical recordssystems
