Interim HealthCare Staffing in Dassel, MN is seeking a Trained Medication Aide (TMA) with a diploma for full-time work. Compensation is $28-$32 per hour, with shift differential and weekly pay, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff.

Requirements include high school diploma or GED, CNA certificate and current MN CNA Registry status, a TMA certificate/diploma from a 48-hour program, and at least 1 year of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience.

Qualifications

• CNA certificate and active MN CNA Registry status.
• TMA certificate/diploma from a 48-hour program.
• Minimum 1 year of Nursing Home or Assisted Living experience.
• Ability to pass criminal background checks.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Able to chart in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents as a CNA and pass medications as a TMA.
• Assist with shift coverage, including weekends and short-notice shifts.
• Maintain accurate charting in EMR systems.
