Job summary

Pipestone County Medical Center and Family Clinic in Pipestone, MN is seeking qualified individuals to join our hospice team. This PRN/casual nursing assistant role provides direct patient care in a residential hospice and supports the patient and family care environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED; minimum 6 months TMA experience; BLS certification or within 1 week of hire; completion of Minnesota MDH training requirements. Competitive benefits and pension are included.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; Minimum 6 months experience in TMA position preferred.
• BLS certification required or must be obtained within 1 week of hire.
• Must complete and maintain certification and training requirements as established by the Minnesota Department of Health for Registered Nursing Assistants and Trained Medication Aides.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the residential hospice.
• Maintain the Hospice Residence and support the patient and family care environment.

We are committed to providing high quality services to our southwest Minnesota community.Position HighlightsThis position will provide direct patient care in the residential hospice. They also provide services necessary to maintain the Hospice Residence in terms of the patient care and family care environment.Education and/or Experience: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; Minimum 6 months experience in TMA position preferred.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Must complete and maintain certification and training requirements as established by the Minnesota Department of Health for Registered Nursing Assistants and Trained Medication Aides. BLS certified or must be obtained within 1 week of hire.This is a PRN/Casual Status Position.The pay range for this position is $22.09 - 34.24 per hour.
