Job summary

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center in Minnesota is seeking full-time or part-time Trained Medication Aides (TMAs). Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments per policy, following safety protocols, and documenting records.

Starting wage is 21.17–24.36 per hour, with a $3,500 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Benefits include health/dental, life insurance, PTO, and educational in-services.

Qualifications

MN CNA and TMA Certification in good standing.
TMA experience in a nursing home setting.
Current CPR certification required.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Nursing Assistant,
Must have clear verbal and written English skills.
Must work every other weekend.
Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments according to facility policy.
Follow safety protocols.
Report errors in the administration of medications.
Record and restock medication inventories and process discontinued medication as directed by DON.
Assist CNA with caring for residents when needed.
Complete necessary forms and reports in a descriptive manner.
