Tyson Foods is hiring for a dock/yard position responsible for trailer spotting, pulling, and ensuring safety and product protection on Tyson property. The role requires managing trailer seals, maintaining clean yards, and coordinating with drivers to ensure efficient traffic flow.

Shifts include 3 x 12 hour days and 1 x 6 hour shift per week, with a strong emphasis on safety and adherence to Shag procedures.

Competenze

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clear MVR.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of management; follow operational procedures and safety rules.

Mansioni

• Spot and pull trailers in and out of dock doors following pull light procedures.
• Ensure each trailer has nose stands and is chocked properly.
• Monitor product protection: temperatures, fuel levels, refrigeration units.
