Job summary

ADUSA Transportation is seeking a Switcher in Mauldin, SC to safely move trailers for loading, unloading, and salvage operations across our distribution yard.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a distribution environment, be able to follow schedules, and potentially hold a Class A CDL. This full-time role requires adherence to safety and productivity standards while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution environments.
• Must meet work schedule requirements.
• CDL Class A may be required at some facilities.
• DOT physical and drug screen may be required if CDL is needed.
• Ability to move trailers safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers to dock doors for loading and unloading.
• Move trailers for unloading salvage from stores.
• Follow YMS directions to relocate trailers as needed.
• Meet safety, accuracy and productivity standards.
• Maintain temperature log for reefers on the yard.
• Keep running list of trailers moved into doors during shifts.
• Complete yard audits using YMS on handheld devices.
