Job summary

ADUSA Transportation, the transportation arm of Ahold Delhaize USA, seeks a switcher to safely move trailers for loading/unloading in our York, PA yard. You will position trailers at dock doors for various departments and maintain accurate temperature logs on reefers, while complying with safety standards.

Qualified candidates may need a Class A CDL, be at least 21, and have a clean driving record with experience.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL may be required at some facilities.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at some facilities.
• Clean driving record with 3 years (or 300,000 miles) experience.

Responsibilities

• Move trailers into appropriate dock doors for loading/unloading of product.
• Move trailers for unloading salvage product returning from retail stores.
• Move trailers as directed by YMS to other locations as applicable.
• Maintain compliance with company safety standards and accurate temperature logs for reefers.
