Job summary

Tyson Foods is seeking a C Shift dock role in the United States. You will spot and pull trailers, ensure nose stands and chocks, monitor temperatures and refrigeration, and seal loads while maintaining Tyson property integrity.

You will manage trailer cleanliness, wash outbound loads, keep the truck yard free of debris, and perform daily pre-trip inspections on Shag trucks with safety as a priority. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE AND MAINTAIN A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND A CLEAR MOTOR VEHICLE REPORT (MVR)
• ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WITH ALL LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT
• MUST FOLLOW OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES AND SAFETY RULES

Responsibilities

• Spotting and pulling of all trailers at dock doors; ensure nose stands and chocks are used.
• Monitor product protection: temperatures, fuel levels, refrigeration units; seal loads securely.
• Maintain trailer cleanliness, wash outbound trailers, manage traffic flow for outside drivers.
• Perform pre-trip inspections on Shag trucks and report defects; keep shag trucks clean.
• Adhere to Shag Procedures and Training with safety as a top priority.
