Job summary

Kronospan is seeking a Yard Jockey in Anniston, AL to safely move trailers, keep dock doors supplied, and maintain yard organization. You will record trailer locations and support inbound/outbound freight flow with accuracy.

Qualified candidates have 0–1+ years in yard jockey, spotter, or truck driving roles, are comfortable using handheld scanners, and hold a valid driver's license; CDL Class A if required by site. Training provided.

Qualifications

• 0–1+ years in yard jockey, spotter, or truck driving roles.
• Experience with trailer backing, hooking/unhooking, or yard ops.
• Must read and follow instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently move trailers and containers in the facility yard.
• Keep dock doors supplied on schedule and maintain yard organization.
• Record trailer locations and ensure inbound/outbound freight flows without delay.
• Assist in basic maintenance and equipment inspections as needed.
