Job summary

RealTruck Inc. is seeking a Welder/Fabricator to join our trailer production team, supporting ARE products with MIG welding on steel and aluminum. You will build custom trailers, read detailed drawings, and ensure structural integrity of flooring, chassis and doors.

The ideal candidate has MIG welding experience, knows metal fabrication, and can operate cranes and hand tools safely. This on-site role offers a 4-day work week with a 5:00am–3:30pm day shift and opportunities to contribute to

Qualifications

MIG welding and metal fabrication experience.
Trailers fabrication experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and safety.
Operate material handling equipment and cranes.

Responsibilities

Read drawings to determine sizes and layouts for trailers and components.
Perform MIG welding on steel and aluminum components.
Assemble metal parts with tools, clamps, jigs and fixtures.
Repair trailers to meet safety standards and fix sheet metal, flooring, chassis and framework.
Install or repair wiring and airlines on trailers.
Maintain quality and safety throughout fabrication.
Collaborate with team to meet goals and deadlines.
