Transport Refrigeration, Inc. in Tomah, WI is hiring a Trailer Technician — entry-level to experienced — to support our growing fleet maintenance shop. Competitive hourly pay and a path for long‑term career growth are offered. Training is provided to qualified candidates with mechanical aptitude who are motivated to learn.

Formación

• Experience as a trailer technician or diesel/auto mechanic preferred but not required.
• Entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude or tech school training encouraged to apply.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Must obtain toolbox and the required tools.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and travel occasionally.
• Reliability and team orientation are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair trailers.
• Perform brake, lighting, and electrical repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance (PMs).
• Repair doors, floors, and trailer components.
• Assist with welding and structural repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate service documentation.
• Keep a clean and safe work environment.

Shift: 1st Shift (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; no weekends)
